Ever wonder what sets an average grocery store peach from a Peach-O-Rama peach? Brix! Each day we measure Brix, or sugar levels, in our Peach-O-Rama peaches (using a tool called a refractometer). The higher the Brix level, the more flavorful, aromatic, sweeter and juicier the peach. Our minimum standard rating is 13 and many of our peaches are rated up to 18 or higher, while chain stores often sell peaches 11 or under. So each day, look for our Brix ratings as your personal guarantee of sweetness!

We are proud to support FUSION’s Under the Tuscan Sun at the Dumas Bay Centre in Federal Way. This celebration is to generate funds to operate and maintain their 15 transitional housing units and to raise community awareness. FUSION’s mission is to break the cycle of homelessness, poverty and abuse. Their hope is to successfully reintegrate families into the community through education, life-skills development and building self-esteem. Ticket prices are $60 in advance and $70 at the door.
