Metropolitan Market proudly offers our Scrip Program to schools and youth organizations in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas to provide a simple, year-round fundraising vehicle. We offer discounts of 5 percent on purchases made in our six area stores to organizations participating in the Scrip Program. We do require a minimum of at least $1,000 per order.

Get Started

Please complete the Scrip Program form to register your school or youth organization, and bring it to one of our six area stores, fax it to the Accounting Department at 206-378-3573 or mail it to:

Within 48 hours of receiving an order, Metropolitan Market will have Scrip cards available to pick up at the store in your area. Payment is due on or before pick up. Subsequent orders can be handled in the store or via the phone by calling our Accounting Department at
206-378-3538.

Picking up an Order

Orders may be picked up at the store’s office Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM. Please pay for orders by check at the time of purchase. Please identify individuals who are authorized to make and pick up orders for your organization.

Use, Change Back and Lost or Stolen Policy

This card can be used for purchase of merchandise at any Metropolitan Market store and is not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Treat this card like cash. This card and its value will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

Replacement of Existing Metropolitan Market Scrip Checks

Metropolitan Market will exchange any unused Scrip checks with our new Scrip cards for no additional charge. Please present any Scrip checks to our store directors or send them to our Accounting Department. The exchange will take approximately 48 hours to complete.
